YCMOU conducts online admissions for fresh learners and continuing students for the July 2026 academic session. Entry to the admission application system depends on the student’s registration status and Permanent Registration Number (PRN).

  • Fresh applicants and students holding PRNs that start with 25 or 26 who are applying for Second Year (SY) or Third Year (TY) must apply via the July 2026 admission portal (New Admission Portal).
  • Students who already have a PRN starting with 20 and are seeking admission for Second Year (SY) or Third Year (TY) only must apply via the Old Admission Portal.
  • Direct portals are provided for specific programmes including Agriculture courses, P108 B.Ed. In-Service (2026–28), and P21 B.Ed. Special Education (2026–29) on the main YCMOU admission dashboard.

Eligibility and Fees for B.Ed. Special Education (2026–29)

The P21 B.Ed. Special Education (Distance Mode) programme is offered for Hearing Impairment (HI), Visual Impairment (VI), and Intellectual Disability (ID). Designated study centers are located at Pune (HI), Gadhinglaj (HI), Nandurbar (VI), and Nashik (HI, ID, VI), as published in the B.Ed. Special Education advertisement PDF.

  • Eligibility: UGC-recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 49.50% marks, OR a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology with a minimum of 54.50% marks.
  • Reserved Category Relaxation: A 5% mark relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
  • Application Processing Fee: ₹1,000 for Open category candidates and ₹500 for Reserved category candidates.
  • Additional Preference Fee: An additional fee of ₹200 per center is charged if a candidate selects a second or third preference study center.
