Mandatory YASH Card Activation for Term-End Exams

Activating the YASH Card is compulsory for appearing in YCMOU term-end examinations.

Students enrolled in UG and PG programmes in Academic Year 2025–2026, or those with PRNs starting with 25 or 20, must collect their YASH Card from their allotted Study Centre and get it activated immediately before filling exam forms or attending exams.

Exam Form Submission and Admit Card Access

Students must submit their exam form online prior to hall ticket generation. Portal links are categorized based on the student’s Permanent Registration Number (PRN).

1. Visit the YCMOU exam form submission page or the repeater student exam form portal.
2. Choose the correct portal: select ‘NEW PORTAL’ if your PRN starts with 25 or 26, or ‘Existing DU’ if your PRN starts with 20.
3. Enter your PRN or Username, enter the captcha code, and click Proceed.
4. If you complete payment but the ‘Print Exam Form’ link is disabled, wait 2 hours after receipt generation.
5. To obtain your admit card, open the YCMOU hall ticket download portal or the YCMOU exam event hall ticket page, choose your Exam Event, enter your PRN, and generate your hall ticket.
