Study Centre Role in M.Com Project Submission (December 2025)

Under YCMOU guidelines for the M.Com (M117) December 2025 exam session, project reports for SEM-III PRJ601 (Research Project) and SEM-II PRJ501 (Field Project) are collected directly by Learner Support Centres.

  • Students must submit a clear PDF soft copy (maximum size 10 MB) named using only their PRN (Permanent Registration Number) directly to their study centre.
  • Students must not email project reports directly to the university.
  • Study centres verify and aggregate all student reports into a prescribed Excel sheet format detailing student names, PRNs, and study centre codes.
  • Study centres submit the files via email to designated official university email addresses (prj601_fresher@ycmou.ac.in, prj501_fresher@ycmou.ac.in, or prj501_rep@ycmou.ac.in) on or before 27 January 2026.

Study Centre Affiliation and Approval Process

Institutions seeking affiliation to establish new Learner Support Centres or add new programmes must submit online applications through the study centre approval proposals page.

Affiliation proposals are accepted across academic schools including Humanities and Social Sciences, Commerce and Management, Science, Computer Science, Education, Health Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, and Continuing Education. Applicants must submit trust resolutions, staff resumes, and a signed Memorandum of Undertaking according to university criteria.
