YCMOU has not published course-wise fee structures or accepted payment modes directly on its main portal pages as of 02 October 2026. Online Admission and Fee Payment Portals

Fees are remitted online through YCMOU’s online application portals during registration. For the July 2026 academic session, students choose their application portal based on their Permanent Registration Number (PRN) status.

  1. Open the YCMOU July 2026 admission page.
  2. Select the New Admission Portal if you are a fresher or have a PRN starting with 25 or 26 applying for First Year, Second Year (SY), or Third Year (TY).
  3. Select the Old Admission Portal if you already have a PRN starting with 20 applying for SY or TY admission.
  4. For specialized online streams (Online MBA, Online BCA, Online B.Com, Online MCA) or agriculture and B.Ed programmes, select the relevant application link on the YCMOU admission 2025-26 page.
